Practice Ashtanga Yoga with us online 

Our Monthly Classes:

​

We offer ongoing ashtanga yoga classes for those who wish to deepen their existing practice. Aim of this class is to develop a daily practice routine while building your asana sequence slowly to experience the benefits of this traditional method. 

​

To be eligible for these classes, you must be familiar with at least the standing sequence of ashtanga primary series. 

 Schedule in IST: 

 

​ Mysore style online classes on:

Tuesdays and Thursdays in between

6am to 10am, 11am to 1pm and 4pm to 6pm *India time* â€‹â€‹

​

Led classes on: 

Sundays at 7am-8.30am or 4pm-5.30pm *India time*

​

*Class timings are flexible

​

*You can attend anytime for 60 minutes or more depending on the length of your existing practice

​

*All classes are taught on zoom by Sandeep and Sonal​​​​​​

​
