Introducing ashtanga yoga practice program from 7th to 9th March 2025​
These are live interactive classes to understand the practice of ashtanga yoga with an aim to build focus on better breathing and improve flexibility supported by strength. We will learn the fundamental postures from standing sequence of primary series, finishing sequence, breathing techniques, methods to build focus through the asana practice, lifestyle and diet changes which supports us on this journey.
Aim of this course is to make you familiar with the traditional practice of Ashtanga yoga system.
​This course is suitable for,
*Beginners or
*Someone who has well established hatha yoga practice or
*Someone who has practiced the primary series of Ashtanga yoga before but have lost touch from daily practice and can’t remember the sequence well.
